Employee Value Proposition
For each new project, we use a "core team" of people who are trusted to understand the company's standards and procedures. They will lead the project and provide training for other employees. Some of these people are part of our opening team and are only assigned to your project during the initial opening. There is also part of our operations team that will be involved in the entire project. During the operational phase (and possibly a period of gradually replacing incumbent suppliers), we will overstaff some key positions (at our own expense) to improve responsiveness. This will buy us more time to train our employees and help them understand how we work.

According to the different requirements for the qualification level of employees, we will use local labor agencies, cooperative vocational colleges, and recruit employees including: managers, administrative personnel or low-qualified personnel.
If our company wins the project contract, we will provide every existing employee with the opportunity to interview for the current position.
